The Hundred

The Hundred is both a) a special one year, one-time training/coaching/action program conducted by Jim and Michele McCarthy, and b) the collection of up to 100 individuals from all over the world who participate in this program. The principal purpose of the participants, the program itself, and the McCarthys is to create a revolution in the effectiveness of the way people interact, especially in a team environment, and in the results people thereby obtain. The program is especially focused on how people interact at work and in team situations, but there is significant carryover to many other personal interaction domains.

The revolution will take place by accomplishing the following in the context of the program:

1. Training. Through intensive individual and group training (both in-person and electronically mediated) the participants will all be brought – using the latest in interpersonal and team technology – to the highest possible levels of:

a. Personal skillfulness for leading, teaching and modeling very high yield
behaviors in group environments.

b. Personal adeptness in pioneering and evangelizing new ways of being that lead
to vastly improved results.

c. Personal mastery of greatness engineering and cultural design.

d. Application of a-c (above) in both participants’ local situation and The Hundred work.

e. Certification as a Core Master will be granted to participants who successfully complete the program.

2. Teams. The participants will be organized into teams, will first develop – and then work within – a state of shared vision with their teams, and will learn to conduct effective group actions leading to the desired revolutionary results, and will learn to support one another in addressing their local situations.

3. Coaching. The McCarthys will provide coaching as needed/wanted for each participant.

a. 1-1 coaching sessions, over a period of one year is available to all participants.

i. Life coaching to help the participant attain what he/she wants now and in the future.

ii. Career coaching, from the most immediate challenges of participants’ work to the attaining one’s personal work destiny over the long term.

iii. Coaching with respect to applying the learning attained in the program to both problems in the participants’ local work environment and in the participants’ 100 team activity.

4. Action. Both the teams and the individual participants as individuals will undertake certain actions, some with immediate local impact for each participant, and others with both immediate and long term global impact for the movement.
Since global impact is sought, global communications and global public relations will be conducted. Most of the various actions will be decided by the teams involved. Maintaining team-to-team alignment, group timing, and group strategy will be an ongoing challenge addressed by both the McCarthys and all the participants. Actions that cannot be foreseen at this writing will become manifest on the alignment of all participants and the establishment of a shared vision state for The Hundred as a whole.

5. Fees, Costs, and Financing. Although The Hundred is not envisioned as a significantly profitable undertaking for the McCarthys, there will be some fees involved as the program progresses. If you don’t have any money, scholarships and financing will be available.
