    I work for a hospital, and when I receive a call to do some ‘team building’, the first thing I do is ask about the tasks the team engages in which could be done independently, and those which must be done together. Moe often than not, the ‘team’acts more like a workgroup. Thanks for naming this as a ‘hypocritical oath’. I hope you don’t mind if I coin this phrase (coin is just a pun :)
